Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting is a common topic in any project, when we try to fix a defect, basically we need information about:

• Accurate defect description, sometime we need to work through with reporter to understand the exact issue
• If any, screenshot that demos the issue would be needed
• Most importantly, a MOCA/RF device/Voice device trace are mandatory most of time
• If possible, provide a list of steps for how to recreate this issue is also important, espeically JDA dev team involved to give a fix
