Woolworths Project

Woolworths is the biggest food retailer in Australia, since 2018, this customer has first site went live success, until now there are 4 sites are runing JDA WMS as different size of DC.

LAMAI has Sr SA worked for Woolworth who joined solution design, configuration, troubleshooting, go live support as well as hypercare; most importantly our resource helpped customer resolving a number of last-mile issues, such as replenishemnt locking/unlocking redesign, demand replenishment and trigger replenishment priority calculation, these key areas give customer better service level to their store, also save their labor cost.
